Knowledge and experience:

The successful candidate must demonstrate sound knowledge and experience in all or some of the following aspects:

-              Printing techniques: screen printing and inkjet.

-              Formulation/modification of inks and rheological measurements.

-              Characterisation of printed layers (thickness measurements, adherence, electrical conductivity, contact angle, etc.).

-              Substrate pre-activation to improve adherence of printed layers (plasma, chemical treatment, etc.).

Knowledge and experience of the following will be considered a plus:

-              2D vectorial and 3D design via CAD.

-              Additive manufacturing (3D printing via FDM).

-              Robotic equipment programming.

-              Simulation and modelling of deformation processes, injection/overinjection.

Holding a doctorate degree will be positively valued.
