Job description

CIDETEC will select a candidate to join its People Development area in the position of Reception Administrator based in Donostia-San Sebastian.

 

Your contribution

Reporting to the People Development Management, you will become part of a cutting-edge research centre founded in 1997, whose mission is to enhance the competitiveness and innovation capacity of companies through the generation and transfer of technological knowledge. The centre has contributed to the electrification of our roads and is already working towards a fully sustainable future.

Your work will be focused on:

  • Telephone and visitor assistance.
  • Support for meetings organised by CIDETEC (clients, visits, consortium partners, etc.)
  • Management of deliveries, shipments, and orders.
  • Administrative support for the People Development Department and the Communications Department.

Requirements

Education:

Higher-level Vocational Training (FP II) in secretarial studies or similar.

 

Languages:

Fluent in spoken and written English. (C1 or equivalent)

Fluent in spoken and written Basque. (C1 or equivalent)

 

Experience:

The successful candidate will demonstrate experience in:

 

  • Reception duties and assistance to internal and external clients.
  • Use of office automation tools (Microsoft Office).

Other:

Possession of a driving licence (category B) and own vehicle.

 

Observations:

A highly motivated individual with strong interpersonal skills, organised, flexible and adaptable to change.
