Job description

CIDETEC is recruiting a person to join its European Projects Office.

 

Your contribution

You will form part of a state-of-the-art research centre geared to sustainability and the circular economy, which has helped electrify Spain’s roads and is now working towards 100% future sustainability.

 

Your work will be focused on:

  • Providing support to the researcher in the preparation of European R&D projects (Horizon Europe, etc.).
  • Management and monitoring of European R&D projects.
  • Financial management of European projects, including the preparation of the supporting documentation required by the funding bodies.
  • Support for the head of the European Projects Office in researcher support activities (training, monitoring of the European projects portfolio, etc.).

Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Science or Engineering
  • Experience participating in the technical-economic management of European R&D projects.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Languages:

 

Fluent in spoken and written English. 

 

Knowledge:

 

The successful candidate will demonstrate a sound knowledge in:

  • European project management
  • Regulatory framework for European funding calls for collaborative R&D projects
  • Ability to work as part of a team

 

Knowledge and experience of the following will be considered a plus:

  • Regulatory framework for funding calls for collaborative R&D projects
  • Management of exploitation, communication and dissemination activities in European R&D projects.

 

Observations:

We are seeking a highly motivated person with an interest in research and innovation, to join a multi-disciplinary team. They must be able to organise their work and meet deadlines and targets.
