CIDETEC Energy Storage needs to recruit a researcher to work in its Energy Materials Unit.
The position will cover the needs of strategic projects and European projects in the modelling group.
Responsibilities:
The researcher will develop his/her activity mostly in the context of (European) funded research projects, and at a later stage in projects with companies, with focus in optimising the resources and maximising the results.
The selected candidate will work independently in accordance with the defined work plan.
He or she will participate in the following activities:
Education:
Doctorate/Master's Degree/Degree in chemical engineering, electro-chemistry, mathematics or similar technical studies.
Languages:
Fluent spoken and written English.
Knowledge and experience:
The successful candidate must have more than 3 years of experience in the field of battery research.
Observations:
We are seeking a highly motivated person with an interest in research and innovation to join a multi-disciplinary, multi-cultural team. Candidates must have the ability to organise their work to meet the established deadlines and objectives.
