Privacy clause for candidates

In accordance with the provisions of the GDPR (EU) 2016/679 and the LO 3/2018, we hereby inform you that your data will be incorporated into the processing system owned by FUNDACIÓN CIDETEC with CIF G20588588, for the purpose of registering and processing candidate data to be used for selecting personnel and for the management, analysis and filing of candidates.

We would like to inform you that the legal basis for processing your data is your consent and that your data will be kept for a period of 2 years.

The data subject declares that they are aware of the conditions detailed in this clause and, if they wish, may exercise their rights under the current legislation, free of charge, by contacting FUNDACIÓN CIDETEC, at PASEO MIRAMON 196, 20014 DONOSTIA-SAN SEBASTIAN (GIPUZKOA), indicating EXERCISE OF RIGHTS in the communication, or by sending an e-mail to rgpd@cidetec.es.
